The story of aiti began more than 20 years ago with a request from a pharmaceutical company looking for new software: it needed to facilitate internal communication and administration while optimally fulfilling all legal requirements. Clear and easy to use. Immediately applicable, without a time-consuming changeover phase.

What you can expect from us.

Instead of adapting existing software for the respective situation, the aiti founders decided to go the other way around: they developed software for the specific requirements of companies in regulated industries. Additionally, high-quality support is on top. Because, as experience shows, support is just as valuable and essential as the software itself. Especially in crucial phases of implementation, updates and troubleshooting.

The result of close cooperation with our customers in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland is a user-friendly software solution that noticeably optimizes daily work and ongoing processes and is compliant. Today, a large team is responsible for continuing the founders’ ambitious idea. These days, the ambitious project faces new difficulties and challenges. What has remained is a strong passion for solutions that work one hundred per cent and an interest in the topics that determine quality management in regulated industries – validation and compliance in the GxP environment, SOP management and document control, forms management and training management.
