The ball jar is back!
For us, every goal we achieved had a special meaning: for every big success, we threw a ball into our ball jar. When we reached 10 balls, we took the time to reward ourselves for our hard work!
However, months went by without a new ball being thrown into the jar. We assumed that interest in celebrating our small successes had waned. Release party, we-time, praise cards, … maybe it’s all too much at some point?
Too bad, we thought. But we didn’t want to force it either. So we put the glass away.
We were all the more pleased when we realised the glass was missing and asked for it back!
It shows how much we value our small victories and how important it is to celebrate successes.
Here’s to many more balls in a jar!
